You are acknowledging that you are in good physical health and do not have any medical or psychological issues that would make it unsafe for you to take part in the firearms class. You are also stating that you are at least twenty-one years old and are legally allowed to possess and use a firearm. By agreeing to these conditions, you are accepting responsibility for your safety and well-being during the class. In order to participate in our instructor-led training class or shooting range qualification, you must agree to follow safe handling procedures and range rules that are put in place to ensure everyone’s safety. By agreeing to follow these procedures, you are showing that you take your safety and the safety of others seriously. In training sessions live bullets are NOT permitted or utilized. The ammunition given for range qualification is sanctioned for use. It is important to follow these rules to ensure safety during training exercises. Participants must adhere to these guidelines to prevent any accidents or injuries from occurring. It is important to prioritize safety in all training environments. You may be required to sign a waiver with our instructors absolving them of any responsibility for injuries you may experience during the course. By signing the waiver, you are acknowledging that you understand and accept the risks involved in the training. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, make sure to contact the instructor by phone at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid losing any course or registration fees. If a class is canceled because there aren’t enough students registered, you may be eligible for a refund or asked to reschedule. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
